I've played around with software like xmind and visio but neither of them seem to have this functionality. Lets me create a central topic, then whenever I draw a line outwards from that topic (using the surface pen), automatically creates a sub-topic with a connecting line (following the line which I drew - the sub-topic would appear at the end of the line, if that makes sense).
